Courses and Services: a. Course Availability: Tonic Academy offers both recorded and live courses. Course availability and schedules may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any courses or services without prior notice. b. Course Materials: The course materials, including videos, documents, and other content, provided on Tonic Academy are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the course materials without obtaining appropriate permissions. c. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with Tonic Academy and its content belong to Tonic Academy or its licensors. You agree not to infringe upon or exploit these rights in any way.
Payments and Refunds: a. Pricing: The prices for courses and services on Tonic Academy are displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to modify the pricing at any time. All prices are in the specified currency and do not include any applicable taxes or fees. b.
